Seneca Teams®
For teams ready to spearhead their own change, this high-impact full-day workshop emphasizes engagement and honest discussions to help improve performance.
Profoundly thought-provoking and designed to help teams start fresh, Seneca Teams® invites groups of 5 to 20 individuals to learn more about themselves and their colleagues in unique and unexpected ways.

Who is it for?
Any team (longstanding or newly formed) looking to come together and start their journey toward becoming a higher functioning, better performing team.
How does it work?
Seneca Teams® is designed to help teams develop deeper personal relationships and make meaningful change—together. It’s a unique training experience, focusing heavily on the role that individual behaviors play in team-centric challenges like feedback, vulnerability, psychological safety, and team dynamics. Discussions are real, raw, and maybe even uncomfortable, but the end result is a team that’s forged closer personal ties and deeper levels of trust.
A few of the topics we cover:
- Introspection
- Misbehaviors
- Unforgiveness
- Trust
- High-performing team dynamics
- Self-realization
- Inclusion
- Psychological safety
- Giving and receiving feedback
- Accountability and commitments
- Working agreements
Why do we focus on “soft skills”?
Most training programs focus on showing you how to begin using some newfangled process or tool, as if a one-size-fits-all approach will magically fix everything. They rarely dig into the root cause of real operational issues and process bottlenecks: how we behave with each other. At Seneca, we focus on building softer skills that change how we treat others, the level of trust we share, and how we exchange feedback—because those are the skills that lay the foundation for radical transformation inside and outside of work.
